“After hearing from TML concerning my negative review last Winter, TML came out to investigate our furnace issue. As it turns out, the old "telephone cable" used to communicate with my heat pump was not replaced 6 years ago when TML installed our new system. The old cable had degraded and was "leaking" signal across the other wires giving erroneous failures. TML did a quick fix by replacing the thermostat and swapped wires in the cable to give us heat until the permanent fix could schedule. TML team came back within a week and replaced the thermostat wiring at no charge. The roaring furnace is now much quieter and keeps the home at selected temperature. Thank you TML for standing by your work.“

They answered all my questions and were upfront about what system would work best without trying to upsell me on a larger unit like other companies tried to do. He replaced a failing capacitor and failed motor, cleaned out the unit, and had us up and running an hour later. His rates are very competitive and he does excellent work. Thank you, Dave!“

“The Comfort Source are our new heroes! Our furnace starting acting up - constantly cycling on and off. We called one of the big companies in town - they sent a tech who diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. They said the furnace was too old to get a replacement part and then starting telling me I needed a brand new furnace for either $7K or $12K (they were nice enough to give me two options!) A friend recommended The Comfort Source - and I gave them a call. In the two days the other company was sending me fancy reports telling me that I needed a new furnace, The Comfort Source found two options for a replacement motor - one branded Tempstar motor and one compatible generic one. The tech came out and lo and behold, found out the issue was not the blower motor at all, it was a bad limiter switch. Thank you Comfort Source (Mike is the man!)“
