“We have a four year old house that never got cool (the air conditioner would take the temperature down 10-12 degrees, but not more. The builder and HVAC person that installed it said that was normal.

After learning about Bauer, I called and they sent Jeremy today to look at the system. He took pictures, explained the problem, and has a solution. What he did today already make the house much cooler, and we look forward to having them come and make the changes that we need for a system where we can live in our house!
