“Had a clogged drain a week ago Brady came out on a Sunday night and was fast and efficient and got right to the issue . I had a bunch of questions about what was going on and he was very patient and polite and explained things to me and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking the questions . I truly appreciated this . Today the same issue occurred and Brady came back and fixed the issue again and dug deeper to the issue. Found out that our property has septic (we did not know) . Alex then came a few hours later and dug and drained our septic tank , once again very polite and explained things to me very well and didn’t make me feel dumb. He was even cracking jokes and had a great attitude about a “crappy” situation. I truly appreciate both of these people for the positive attitude from a frustrating situation. thank you so so much !! “I have used Wilson’s to install Starlink, to replace a toilet gasket, to troubleshoot an electrical connection in the ceiling fan. All repairs unsuccessfully, and at what I consider to be a very fair price and in good time.
The power went out in my storage unit on a Thursday and I was preparing to leave for a camping trip. My inverter faulted because of the low-voltage and I called Scott. He said just stop by on your way. We’ll take a quick look. We think we can “jumpstart“ the inverter it’s probably just a voltage thing. I pulled in. He immediately came out with Jason. They looked at the inverter and tested a few things and successfully restarted it and it’s been working fine ever since. Then they wouldn’t even let me pay them for their time. As good of customer services I’ve ever seen. They saved my trip and are just genuinely nice people that care. Thank you so much, fellas.“
