“Hello, my daughter's home had no heat. She is disabled and getting too cold was an issue. I called Beacon and they came out the next day. John was so helpful and kind.When I told him we need the furnace and air conditioner installed that day before my son in law got home from work, he called another technician and within 30 minutes they had finished with minutes to spare.My daughter and I were also wrestling with her dog. Each time someone new çame into house, he would bark. By the end of service John and others were best of pals with Parker.Truly, "stop freakin' and call Beacon!" You will not be sorry!“

“It was a pleasure having, Jack, inspect our heating system today. He was very thorough, took pictures, put together a report, explained everything he saw and either fixed or adjusted our unit to improve the life of our system. He made recommendations for other products/services that he felt we could benefit from, but at no point did I feel pressured to spend more money than I wanted to. I've never used Express Plumbing Heating & Air before, I took a chance and joined the Express VIP Club. While waiting for the new furnace, he replaced the fan in the old furnace (AC), so that we could keep cool in the meantime! “First impression, amazing people! Our AC went out yesterday and we called HEC due to recommendations I received a month ago to find a new company after our existing company decided we weren't worth their time not living in the Boise/Meridian area and opted to raise their rates by 400% (I'm not kidding).Jim showed up earlier than the estimated time-frame and got right to it. The problem was found and fixed in less than 20 minutes, and once again the system was back to normal. Jim was great to talk to and had a great personality and excellent professionalism in his work. Also, Kudos to Monica in the office who took the time to answer my question and explain their service agreements. “If you want an honest place to get your RV repaired, this group will tell you what to expect, so there are no surprises. I originally brought my 2022 5th wheel here, but they told me I needed to see an authorized Keystone dealer to get the warranty work done. Wilson's told me they would be more than happy to take it in, but there wouldn't be any guarantees the warranty items would be covered if they were to work on it. And if they did any kind of work on it, I might be the one responsible for paying the bill. Since Wilson's was upfront with me during that visit, I am back, post warranty, to give them my business.“
