Robert came out to clean our vents, which definitely needed it. He did an awesome and everyone in my house is breathing better and sneezing less. I highly recommend if your house is getting a lot of colds or allergy attacks to have the vents cleaned.

Randy came out again to inspect our furnace. He's a great guy, awesome at the job, and I appreciate knowing this company has good employee retention. I look forward to our annual maintenance and seeing a familiar and friendly face. Definitely a great company to work with.

Colby came out today. He did an excellent job going over our HVAC system, ensuring that our equipment was meeting our needs, and showed pictures of wear and tear that our warranty can replace. I highly recommend their service package that sends them out twice a year (Spring & Fall) to make sure our HVAC dies the best job for the upcoming season.“

“We had a great experience with A-1 heating and cooling! They were able to come out the same day we called. We needed a part, and they were able to find it locally, had another tech drop it off, and got it installed all in the same day. Very courteous and respectful. Overall a great experience.“

“Access was great to work with. We replaced our A/C (outdoor unit and condenser). I thought their pricing was fair in comparison to a few other bids from other companies. They laid out three options and were detailed in their explanation of each. The work performed was of great quality. This wasn't applicable on our project, but it'd be nice to see a potential upgrade option for how the lines run into the house. When it's just drilled through and sealed with caulking, it doesn't look all that polished. We couldn't fit a housing like this even if we wanted to, but I'd offer this as a suggestion for future work. Otherwise, Access honored their word and took care of us.“

We have used Keto on several occasions both for our heating and now recently for our air conditioning system. They didn’t immediately try to sell us a job we didn’t require. On both occasions they saved us from the concern of a brand new unit. And when we did eventually replace our heating unit they became our go to as a trusted business.

“I want to start by saying what an upstanding management there is at YMC.
We purchased a new furnace and a/c last year from them and about a week and a half ago the A/C compressor quit after only 8 months of use. We had a warranty that covered the parts and a warranty that covered labor for a year after the units were installed. The problem came about because the warranty for the labor had expire by a little over a month when the a/c quit and we were thinking that we were going to have to pay for the labor which was not going to be cheap.
I guess my thing is that when you spend that much money on something, you expect it to last longer than 8 months, and when it doesn't, it's very upsetting.
I want to thank Eddie at YMC heating and air and his staff for their decision in helping us with the labor cost. Something I know that they truly didn't have to do, but as Eddie said, it was the right thing to do.
