Colton and James, the two techs who came to do the install, were professional and courteous. It was clear that they knew their stuff as they had to navigate a code issue and space limitations with the install. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. Dane also handled the bid process professionally and in a courteous fashion. This job was to install a new furnace and compressor for our twenty year old community clubhouse. However, I would not hesitate to use Ashley for replacements in my home based on this experience.
I had a ductless climate control unit installed in my garage. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Fast and easy! The bid/pre-installation and actual install went smooth and easy. Very fast install and install date. It took about 8 hours including the electrical work. Thanks especially to the installers and Herb who I initially was assisted by. Our furnace went out this year and Ashley Heating came that day, got us fixed up, and got us a new furnace right away! No wait times! Colton H was the tech that installed the furnace and he got it in and running in less than one day! His work ethic was impeccable and the work was done incredibly well and fast! Highly recommend!!
