After hearing from TML concerning my negative review last Winter, TML came out to investigate our furnace issue. As it turns out, the old "telephone cable" used to communicate with my heat pump was not replaced 6 years ago when TML installed our new system. The old cable had degraded and was "leaking" signal across the other wires giving erroneous failures. TML did a quick fix by replacing the thermostat and swapped wires in the cable to give us heat until the permanent fix could schedule. TML team came back within a week and replaced the thermostat wiring at no charge. The roaring furnace is now much quieter and keeps the home at selected temperature. Thank you TML for standing by your work.
Had a great experience. Received 3 estimates. Had air conditioning and heat installed. Then replaced the hot water heater, as well. TML offered the most for the lowest price. Shane has been very helpful explaining things and being available whenever I called. Installers worked very hard and did not charge more than was quoted, even though there were challenges for them in this older home. Worked hard to complete the job in one day. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Provided portable air conditioners for me while I waited for the install. That was important. Offered financing. TML's technicians were friendly and efficient, and quickly determined and repaired the problem with my AC. They also pointed out some things I could do to improve the unit's efficiency. I have used TML in the past, always with good outcomes. TML is not the cheapest HVAC service in the local market, but they provide very good service for a reasonable price, which is worth a little more.
