I was a little concerned because the proposal was just over half what a larger company in Boise quoted. Whether he calls with a concern, or for scheduled maintenance, they always resolve issues quickly and professionally. When I was flying into the country last week, I received a panicked text from my property manager stating the HVAC was out in my rental house. I called Easy and Morgan went out the same night and sent me an itemized proposal (while still on layover), which was VERY much lower than the estimate the property manager obtained from another company, so I decided to add a new a/c unit at this time as well. They got the work done immediately and Regan was wonderful getting everything handled on the billing. Highly recommend Easy Heating.“

“Earlier this year, I called Premier to look into a continuing issue with my ductless system. This was the third time I had called them and we agreed it was time for a new unit. They sold me a Daikin unit and installed it quickly (summer temps were starting to rise) and professionally. My original unit had been installed by the previous owner and they did not do a very good job. Premier, on the other hand, did everything correctly and guaranteed their work. The best part? My electric bill has been less than half of what it was on the old system, and now that things are cooling off, my bills are actually a quarter (yep, 25%) of what they were last year. It’s always tough when you have to spend a lot of money like this, but if you gotta do it, let the pros like Premier handle it. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am.“
“Steve helped us out a few years ago over Thanksgiving weekend when our furnace went out. He was quick to respond and very reasonable with his prices. He got a new furnace installed quickly and even fixed a leak on the water heater!!Just today our furnace was acting up and I gave Steve a call. I called Jake on a Saturday morning and he sent out his father to take a look and give us a quote. They were able to come MONDAY to help out my family and get us running again. With two young kiddos, I was not looking forward to the following week of consecutive 100 degree days. Jake and his dad were great, on time and super reasonable in price. We have several rentals, so it’s important that we keep our tenants happy. When my husband’s dad was struggling with dementia, Denton made several service calls to Melba, sometimes when it was only ‘operator error’ and never complained. “I had a small, easy-to-replace sensor fail on my furnace on Christmas Eve, and called everywhere to see if someone could replace it or at least sell me the part so I could replace it. As you can imagine, no one was available on Christmas Eve, and no one was willing to even sell me the part. I finally found Petsche Heating & Cooling, and even though he was busy with family, he interupted his day to sell me the part. Thanks to Petsche, we had our furnace back in running condition even though it was a holiday! Great customer service!“

“We have used Dan from Value Heating several times now. He truly stands above the others when it comes to professionalism and pride in his work. Our first encounter was when we were almost ready to pay over $10k for a new furnace system to a big name place but we were referred to him for a second opinion. He came out looked at the system and told us that he can fix the defective component for less than $100. He told us to use the system for as long as possible and not waste the money. It takes someone who is a real professional to know the heating system intimately and be able to fix the real issue instead of just selling an expensive system to a customer.Another recent event when we had a warning light come on and the heat was not working, we called him and he walked us through how to fix the system. He didn't even charge us.We are very appreciative of Dan and Value Heating. He has earned us as his lifetime customer. We don't trust anyone else especially the big name companies.“
