He never made us feel rushed or silly for asking what probably seemed like basic things. He just knows his stuff and explains it in a way that makes sense to regular homeowners like us.
Colin was sincere, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything turned out right for our family. We felt like we had a real partner in the process instead of just another builder contact.
