“We had an exceptionally great experience with the entire team at Renaissance. Katie and Carlie helped us design an amazing custom home with support from Kevin, Michael, Chad and Troy. It was a long process just to design our home, since we had several specific requests for our multi-generational house, we were building in a flood zone, and saving as many trees as possible was a top priority. They were very receptive to our feedback and respectful of our priorities.
As for the construction itself, Jesse was a top-notch superintendent. He easily kept track of the timeline, the subcontractors, and all the loose ends with zero drama. We had some pretty exciting surprises show up during our build and Jesse took it all in stride. He was a joy to work with and I'm so grateful for his leadership during what could have been a very stressful project. Cory, Luke, Jeremy and Carter were all so kind and professional and the quality of their work is wonderful. Tonya kept our invoices organized and quickly answered any questions that came up.
Because the house was being built on our farm, we were there multiple times each day during the entire build to take care of our animals and crops. We got to know the team pretty well and can confidently say these folks are genuinely good people. Many of our friends shared horror stories of their construction experiences and were surprised how effusively we praised the team at Renaissance. It was an outstanding experience start to finish.”
