They have been on top of it the whole way. Their communication has been amazing. We had 2 claims within a week and Patrick was out there for almost 3 weeks straight every day. Dustin and his whole team have been amazing. We’ve been dealing with issues for about 2 months now and living elsewhere and DR has been great at keeping the ball moving forward.
