Mitigation experience was excellent! Thanks Fabian for doing a great Job on all the clean up and drying--kudos to your crew. I feel confident that I will not have any mold issues. I recognize there was more to be done than I expected, but you documented and explained well. Thanks to Aaron for understanding my situation. I had to pay out of pocket and you are helping me not to do anything unnecessary, as well as being available to answer all questions. I trust local business and encourage all to go with DR first! I am grateful for how quickly they arrived after I first called. They do what they say they are going to do. They were very understanding about the anxiousness I was feeling throughout the whole process. Their workers were very respectful, polite, and easy to work with.

The work group was very efficient and easy to work with. The only problem we had was they didn't always arrive when they set a time to get here. We hope that doing the the remodeling will happen soon to we can get back to a more normal life style in our 2 bathrooms. Stuart
