“Our furnace had an issue where it needed a new gas valve. We paid a big HVAC company to diagnose the issue, but they wanted to charge an additional $1300 to replace it beyond the diagnostic fee. It seems that perhaps their real goal was to sell us a new furnace. That is somewhat understandable since our furnace is over 25 years old, but I first decided to call around to get other repair quotes over the phone since we had already paid to have the original problem diagnosed. None of the big HVAC companies I talked to were willing to quote over the phone - they all wanted to send someone out and have us pay for another diagnostic fee - making it nearly impossible to comparison shop without paying multiple diagnostic fees. Then I found good reviews online for Punelli and decided to call them. They quoted a fee of less than half of our original estimage over the phone, didn't try to pressure us into a new furnace, and we didn't need to pay another diagnostic fee. They came out and did the gas valve replacement the same day. The technicians did a great job, were super friendly, and we saved ourselves from a big expense. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC service.“

He promptly inspected all components of my furnace.
Informed me of a small leak that we need to keep an eye on. So I took pictures of that area to watch for any changes. He found that my humidifier pad was in need of replacement, he had the part with him. After preforming all checks to make sure we are good for winter he was very polite and answered all of my questions and thanked me for my business. He was very knowledgeable.

“Answered the phone directly and asked about issues. Very efficient. Appt made and were here in a timely manner. Fixed issue and left. Issues continued to happen. Called back at 8 p.m. to address issues. Owner replied within a half hour and came out to repair furnace. He spent 2 hours here...went to the ware house at his own expense and repaired our furnace. After hours repairs and no charge. Highly recommend Bussanmas Heating and Cooling.“

He let us know our 17 yr old dryer had bit the dust, as parts were no longer available. Quest also shared what brands he recommended, and why. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain the issue
