Professional and kind staff! Check-in with the front desk ladies was smooth and they were so nice and I enjoyed chatting with them! My Intake Rep Dakota was a real sweetheart. She took her time explaining the process and answering my questions. The Lab Techs were super friendly! Lab Tech Deb drew my blood and did a phenomenal job. I’m just waiting to see if I qualify for the trial study I signed up for, but if not, I still had one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve had in years. Colleen was awesome! It's very hard to achieve a natural look and she nailed it. I love that she uses a natural product line. The dye did not have a harsh smell. She asked lots of questions and paid attention to the small details. I came in for full blonding treatment. Another great thing was she did not use a heat lamp to speed up the process, she took her time and didn't rush me out. I recommend giving her a try!

I had a great experience getting my haircut with Olga. She did an excellent job — super precise, friendly, and clearly takes pride in her work. The straight razor on the neck was a really nice touch, and the hot towel at the end made the whole experience feel elevated.
They also use these high-powered air guns to blow off all the loose hair, which was surprisingly satisfying and left me feeling clean and comfortable before heading out.
Highly recommend Olga if you’re looking for a quality cut and a great overall experience.

Oh my gosh, Kayla is amazing at what she does! She fit me in for an appointment last minute. She was kind, courteous and made me feel totally at ease. I was in and out within 20 minutes - we did the 3 hour express and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect having never done an express tan before. The color is beautiful and not having to wait a whole day to shower was a total game changer. Thank you so much - I will definitely be back and I highly recommend Kayla and tan on the run!

I love this nail salon. I've been there 3 times for SNS Nails, and each time has been wonderful. I've gone to see Lisa each time, and she is fabulous!! The salon is clean, and the staff are courteous and kind. This place is always super busy, so it is best to make an appointment! I feel so lucky to have found a place with such great service!!
Seriously one of the best places in Woodstock to get your nails done. Cindy, the owner is so nice! Gabby always does my nails and they turn out perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. Everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and I’ve never not once felt rushed or ripped off. The prices are reasonable and depend on what you get done (SNS, gel, design etc.) but I’ve never felt like it was *too* expensive. Even with inflation, they keep their customers in mind.
Not only that, but I’ve been going here for 2+ years and the staff at Spa Nails are treated so well by the owner. Her staff comes first. They feel like a family and almost every single time I’ve been in there, Cindy is in there working side by side with her staff. If they are really busy, Cindy will often step in and take the next person in line so that the staff can spend individual time with each customer and they never rush.
If you don’t like the design or the way your nails look, they are always more than happy to accommodate you.
Having a disability, I often feel judged by nail salons because it’s not easy for me to get a pedicure, but I have never once felt judged. When I said that my ankle was acting up and I couldn’t bend it like normal, no one even batted an eye and they brought over a pillow to prop my foot up and the most they said was “it’s not a big deal.” Almost made me cry happy tears. This place is amazing!

I recently visited The Spa at Holbrook Woodstock for a 60-minute deep tissue massage and was truly blown away. My therapist, Donna Canouse, is genuinely one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, focused intentionally on my problem areas, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience.
I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately welcomed with a robe and slippers, then invited to enjoy their beautifully designed meditation room with a cup of tea. After the massage, I was able to use the steam room and sauna, which elevated the experience even more. The entire visit felt indulgent, peaceful, and very luxe.
I didn’t know much about The Spa at Holbrook before my visit, but my expectations were exceeded in every way. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly restorative spa experience.

I came in with a four week old nostril piercing (he did not do the piercing, wish I would’ve come to him though!) needing to switch the L-shaped jewelry to a flat back post because the original jewelry was messing with my healing process. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, gently got my jewelry switched, and was able to fit me in as a walk-in between scheduled appointments. I’m so grateful!
JUSTIN was wonderful, patient, and professional for me. I really took the time to research who I was going to go to to get my navel RE-pierced being concerned with having a lot of scar tissue as it being my fourth time having it pierced. But it’s been 10 years since it’s been done. Needless to say, I was very cautious and didn’t want to choose just anyone. I also just had surgery on my stomach in December. He made me feel very comfortable and his professionalism with his knowledge about the piercing itself is what made me choose him. It was a super easy nice experience. He is also very friendly. Clay and Dyshawn were AMAZING. My toilets backed up Sunday evening, and I called first thing Monday morning. Dyshawn was out the same day! He replaced both wax rings on my toilets and found the blockage in my front yard.
Then things got crazy. My sewer line was directly underneath a huge tree in my front yard. After getting the tree removed and having the tree company come back THREE more times to grind the stump, Clay was finally able to get to the issue. He even met the tree company on the third trip to make sure they removed every bit of that stubborn stump.
Clay said it was the toughest job he’s had to date, and I believe it! He brought out his entire team, chipped away at that massive root, and fixed my pipes. I cannot thank Clay and his team enough.
On top of that, he offers financing for anyone caught off guard by unexpected plumbing costs.

It is very stressful to deal with the process of selecting products for new flooring and selecting an installation company. I had 3 companies come to give me guidance and pricing. I am 73 and I cannot go to stores and shop through products. So I used Home Depot to see samples and select ones in my taste for my project. I wanted carpet in the primary bedroom and LVT in the bathroom. Jim Welsch is the gentleman who came for Concepts Flooring. The other companies were good, but couldn't provide my taste and cost in their samples or their installation cost. When Jim arrived on time, he listened to what I wanted, he looked at the printed sheets from the HD of products I liked in my taste and in my price range budget. He was exceptionally customer service oriented and friendly and professional, as was the Admin and Invoicing process, {very professional line by line invoice formatting}. The installation went fast. Jim came by to check on the crew. I feel lucky I selected Concept out of many with a google search. A heavy weight has been lifted from my old shoulders with this project completed and well done process. So, yes, I will recommend Concept Flooring. Definitely get at least 3 bids. Let one of them be Concepts Flooring. The one lesson I learned is to have the flooring done first before the painting. The carpet installation will leave marks and dents on your baseboards. The painters will be able to take care of that for you.

We had a great experience with this landscape company! They came out in early spring to assess our large 3-acre yard, which at the time had lots of bare spots and was mostly weeds. I pointed out all the problem areas, and they really listened.
Fast forward to now—our yard looks amazing! The bare patches are gone, the weeds have been replaced with thick, healthy grass, and the whole space has been completely transformed. The only “complaint” (if you can call it that!) is that the grass is growing so well, we’re mowing every 5 or 6 days. ?
Highly recommend their services if you’re looking for quality work and real results.

As an old 30+ year old lady, I waited yearrrss to go back to the dentist. My last experience was horrible and anxiety-ridden, and it left me afraid to go again. I avoided it for almost 8 years. Those years were filled with closed-mouth smiles, hesitation when talking or whispering to others, and guilt that kept building year after year.
A group I’m in recommended this practice to me, so I finally called. When I explained my anxiety and worries, LET ME TELL YOU, the kindness was out of this world! I mentally prepared myself, cried my eyes out the night before, and almost canceled, but I still went.
From the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentist, EVERYONE was so kind and reassuring. I’m so grateful I finally went, and I truly recommend **this** office to anyone, no matter what age, who is scared or nervous about going back to the dentist !
My husband Tony Newman had two appointments recently and had a WONDERFUL experience with all the staff from start to finish. First he has had a cleaning in 5 years because he usually has negative experiences.
No so with Hickory Flat Dental. I will be making an appointment soon.
Tony has two crowns and a filling yet to be done but he is scheduled.

Making a first time appointment was easy and I was scheduled within a few days of my call. My initial appointment included an explanation of the pricing plan options, which are quite reasonable as an out-of-pocket payor. X-rays were taken and not really explained, but I was told at the follow-up visit they would be discussed more. I came in for shoulder pain and was given a full body adjustment with some light shoulder therapy. Overall it was a GREAT first appointment and I am truly excited about getting my body back into alignment.

At the beginning of this year, and with no explanation, I started experiencing 10/10 pain in my left shoulder blade that was radiating down my arm. For about 6 weeks I suffered. I self-diagnosed, iced, stretched and prayed it would just go away. As a therapist and a bit of a skeptic, I was reluctant to seek chiropractic care but desperate for any kind of relief.I ended up in Doctor Colby’s office on a referral. With x-rays and thorough explanation, he has helped me to understand the root of my cervical problem along with other concerning issues with my total spine. Scoliosis and degeneration that has accumulated over several years, and most definitely would have reached a critical point without intervention. Within 2 weeks under his care, the pain is nearly gone! I finally see the light and wholeheartedly believe in this process. Grateful to have ended up here and for all the benefits to come! The Vets, staff and front desk personnel are very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I have a large lab/shepherd mix dog with high anxiety. We need to have him sedated whenever he needs his nails trimmed and vaccines. Dr. Elizabeth Hamblin is excellent and always takes the time to explain what work was done and make recommendations. Also a special callout to Taylor for prepping Cooper and setting him up for the Doctor.
I found myself at Animal Hospital of Towne Lake after my dog Bear was attacked. From the time we walked in, everyone was compassionate for our stressful and emotional situation. While in the exam room, a thorough examination was done and it was decided Bear needed surgery. We were given an itemized bill so we could see exactly what we would be paying for. I was nervous to leave my baby overnight, but, the staff assured me they would update me and that they did. Even telling me when he was going into surgery. A heartfelt thank you to everyone for being so wonderful! Haven’t really found a vet home yet, but, think we just did! Can’t thank you enough for everything! Bear is recovering and will see you soon for sutures removal.

We had to take in Simba for initially an endoscopy but we were told it was no longer an option and he had to have surgery.
The team was quick and the total visit cost less than what we were initially quoted. And, even when we took Simba back, the team made sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with options to contact them.

I love her. I have been going to her for a decade at least. She loves dogs and one time something happened to me and she just took Hilde (minature Schnauzer home with her. She was a puppymill dog and she was paranoid. To have left her overnight alone in a crate would have probably made her a basket case.

One of the best massages I've ever had. Tony listened to my ailments and injuries and focused in on those areas while providing a relaxing overall experience.
Having very old injuries, I wasn't expecting any improvement in these areas but Tony went to work and was able to reduce fascia knots that no masseuse or doctor has been able to make a noticeable difference on.

We had a couples massage here and it was such a lovely experience. Donna is very kind and communicative. She was able to work us in on a Sunday (we had childcare constraints lol). Her spa smells so good and is such a relaxing space. Donna and her associate were wonderful massage therapists. And reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I’m not flexible at all so Thai massage lowkey felt intense, but after walking out I could actually move better, kinda surprised me.
