I wasn't sure what to expect getting a dermal piercing. Equinox was incredible. professional, beautiful art work, spacious studio, crystals and more. everyone was so nice & the place had great energy. Elliot made me feel safe and explained everything more than once so I could understand fully what was going on to after care. as far as pain, not bad at all. looking forward to my next piercing with them!!
I went in for help when I had to remove my ear jewelry for an MRI (the piercings were only a couple months old) and couldn’t get them back in, and the piercer Elliot wasted no time in helping me. He was so kind, took his time, explained everything, and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank him enough for taking care of me! The entire staff was SO friendly when I walked in, and were very compassionate about my dilemma. The shop is beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend them! And thanks again Elliot!!
I've been here several times and somehow never thought to leave a review. This place is perfect. It's immaculately clean. The front desk is friendly. They have a small store inside as well that has all kinds of goodies. I have always felt very safe there as a woman (they have tons of women artists). Jenn is incredibly talented and always fun to get blasted by her. Elliot is a wonderful piercer, very informative and goes over everything in detail. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.
