The club is thoroughly cleaned each and every day in both locker rooms and they are getting an industrial washer and dryer so towel service will be vastly improved! “It's smaller than I thought. Not good or bad. It's very overstimulating when 3 classes are ran at once. Unfortunately ALPHA, GTX, &another class are on the workout floor. For someone coming from a small gym, it's a lot going on at once. I plan to take classes in studio and plan my workouts around classes on the gym floor.<br><br>The daycare is also a bit stimulating but I find comfort in knowing the infant area is a 4:1 ratio. Con is they're aren't monitors on the outside of the daycare. So in order to check in on my little one, I have to pop in and hope he doesn't see me.<br><br>For the price I'm a bit upset the more intimate pilates isn't included in the price.<br><br>For all the money put into this place I'm very disappointed in the mom nursing area. It's essentially a closet/ spare office with a desk chair. Seems last minute. No disinfectant, wipes, nursing pillow, comfortable chair, decorations. A full trash can. It's sad.<br><br>My deciding factor was the 7 day money back &the month to month membership. It's nice to know that I can cancel with a 30 day notice.”

“My teenage baseball player not only works out, but is also learning the reasoning behind the process. (i.e., why?). He works with his trainer (Jackson) to adjust based on his week's games, school, and practices. They talk about nutrition, stretching, and how to maintain his overall health. This is the second workout facility we have visited and we prefer Rapid more because they take into account the individual athlete and his/her specific needs. It is not a set program or template...they adjust constantly.”
