She took her time explaining the process and answering my questions. The Lab Techs were super friendly! Lab Tech Deb drew my blood and did a phenomenal job. I’m just waiting to see if I qualify for the trial study I signed up for, but if not, I still had one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve had in years.
