“I've waited 5 days before writing this review, because I wanted to see how my haircut did with: flat iron, letting it curl with a diffuser, blowing dry without using a flatiron. IT'S GREAT! Ursula listened well, and she cuts to compliment one's face shape. I'm really glad that I found her.Update a year later: Ursula gradually took me from my colored hair to natural silver (who knew I had pretty silver hair under that color?). “I wish I had taken pictures of both inside and out of this very wonderful hidden gem in Woodstock. I started coming here because my fiancé was working with Kim. Kim is without a doubt the best barber I’ve ever used. I usually just have to say ‘I don’t like this’, and she says OK and then fixes it. I still don’t actually understand how she does this but she is so pleasant always smiling and always positive.I don’t think she charges enough for her services! But the only reason I make my 55 minute commute to this establishment is because of her ability and how welcoming it is to come here.It’s a fine example of quality customer service making the cost worth every penny.“
