“The NGI Technician, Cosmin, was punctual, polite, and professional! The camera system he used to scope the inside of my sewer line worked very well. He mapped the sewer line, identified the bends and branches and developed a plan to descale and reline the pipe with minimal disruption to my house. He talked me through his approach, asked for my input, and explained the risks of each option. In the end I am confident he will be able to replace my old cast iron sewer pipe at minimum expense and best results. Overall a great service call.“
