I am very happy with the carpet installation service I received from Concept Flooring Inc. They were professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the whole process. They did a great job of measuring, cutting, and laying the carpet. The carpet looks beautiful and feels soft and comfortable. The price was also very reasonable and competitive. We were amazed by the care evidenced by our installers. They even measured how far a carpet was from the walls, so that they could replace it correctly. This matched with the fact that they took pictures before moving furniture so they could replace everything correctly. We were prepared for copious dust, but found that they had cleaned so well after installation that we had minimal dust residue. Kudos!
