“Benjamin was fantastic! He called promptly and asked the right questions to make things easier. Sadly, my neighbor across the street died suddenly leaving his vehicle blocking entry into the garage. Someone had stolen both sets of keys to the F-250. His elderly Mom was dealing with that horrible loss of her 41 yr old son and trying to get the home in order. If you call the Ford dealership, not only do you have to tow the vehicle there (extra charges would apply for towing since there aren’t any keys!) and then they want to rob you of almost $1000!! :(. I was able to buy one fob/blank key directly from Ford. Benjamin’s locksmith service handled the rest. He provided the necessary 2nd key, the equipment to program and cut the keys at a super reasonable price. He was awesome in both professionalism and his humanity. He showed great care to my former neighbor’s mom the entire time. He truly was God sent! If you are unlucky enough to need keys, programming, and key cutting then you should do yourself a favor and use him. We live in the Woodstock area. 5 Star service!!“
