Jonathan has answered my last two calls for quick pro and always does a good job with a smile. This time he quickly diagnosed my mistaken attempts to repair this small leak and corrected the problem qui efficently. Problem solved and he left educating me wgat to look for with any of these type problems in the future.
I had a leak in our downstairs Half-bath. Ian was dispatched and engineered the job, provided a quote and took care of an additional request of changing out two toilets while on and working the original project. It ended up that we required Mold remediation and Quick Pro was able to refer me to another company who could handle that portion of the job. I really appreciated both Ian’s work, knowledge and integrity. Their office went through an employee transition during my job, which delayed things a couple of days, but once Carla reached back out to me, we got done what needed resolving.
