Just called, the woman that picked up the phone sounded exhausted. I was thinking ok its the end of the day. I said I wanted to schedule a prenatal massage. She asked if I looked to book online. I advised I didn't know that was an option and could look if it was an inconvenience . She said she would look at the schedule. I asked for the next available she said Friday was booked. Ok I gave her a later date at that point she snapped I thought you wanted the next available. At that point I had enough with the rudeness and said nevermind thank you and hung up.
