“We had furnace issues today. I called first thing in the morning, and they came out same day. Zack, our tech, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain the everything to me and repaired the furnace in no time at all. I had an AC unit installed by them a few years ago and that was a great experience too. Their service fee is reasonable, and they get recommended all the time in our community's FB group. You can tell the owner of Denson really cares about his customers and does a great job hiring great techs.“
“Our furnace went out and we have young kids. It was very cold! My husband and I tried to troubleshoot the issue. After reading the manual and watching several Youtube videos we gave up. We called Sturges and Keith came out within a few hours. He identified the problem in less than 5 minutes. He had the part on his truck and fixed it right away. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He was also very polite and gave us tips on how to help with drafts. I highly recommend him!“
