They jumped right into the problem and found a burned out transformer. This was promptly replaced restoring heat to my house. As a side note, I spoke to Doug the night before and he walked me through several possible scenarios.although none fixed the issue I appreciated the fact that he took time on the phone to try and correct the problem.
