“I was visiting family in ellijay and their ac went out.They called Climatrol to check it out.I was the nosey annoying person looking over the technicians shoulder.The tech David was very meticulous and efficient.I was impressed and how he skipped no steps evaluating the issue.I have been an hvac tech for 20 years and had no diagnostic tools with me.The tech was honest and the price fair.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!“

“Everything went great with the install and the price was very reasonable. Only complaint is the new cold air return is really loud, and the reason we had everything replaced is because the fan was so loud. Also they left big gobs of glue on the floor infront of the unit.

As soon as I posted my complaint, Jim called and is sending someone out tomorrow to fix the noise and clean up the glue. Thanks, Jim.“
