“Everything went great with the install and the price was very reasonable. Only complaint is the new cold air return is really loud, and the reason we had everything replaced is because the fan was so loud. Also they left big gobs of glue on the floor infront of the unit.
As soon as I posted my complaint, Jim called and is sending someone out tomorrow to fix the noise and clean up the glue. Thanks, Jim.”
