We contacted Integrity air after receiving a labor quote from a larger company to replace two parts on our Rheem AC unit which were under warranty. Brandon gave us a price for nearly HALF the other company and sent his guy out the next day. This is a very honest and professional company!
Amazing company, Brandon and his guys are the best around! They answered on a Sunday and came out first thing Monday to help me with my AC and gave me a quote and price (fair) for a new one and even gave me some coolant to hold me over until the new one is installed. Amazing service and above all honest good guys! Can't recommend them enough!!
They need to have the option for more stars because Integrity definitely earned them. They really saved the day for me on July 4 by fitting me into their busy holiday schedule. They showed up on time, fixed the issue and kept my guests from being forced to leave the cabin early and cut their vacation short simply because my AC decided to take a vacation as well. I left a message at 730 on Saturday morning and they called back at 734!!!! I was up stressing all night and they immediately put me at ease, promising to show up in just a few hours.
