Great experience with Jape from start to finish! Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and took the time to explain why. He was educational in a way that never made us feel dumb, and he thoroughly explained all of our options — even why the most expensive option wasn’t necessary. Honest and never pushy… that’s how you earn business! They were also able to get us scheduled quickly, which we really appreciated. On install day, Jesse and Kevin were great! They took great care of our home, made sure not to leave a mess, and explained what they were doing throughout the entire process. Once everything was finished, Jesse took the time to walk us through all the bells and whistles of our new system. From the attic to the bottom floor, no detail was overlooked!
