Had an AC unit go out at one of my rentals. This team was able to get out to the property within 2 hours on a Sunday and have it back running for the guest. I will be using them more in the future!
Marty’s Heating & Air was recommended to us by a contractor friend. I trust his opinion on referrals, especially for people who work in the utilities and trades industry. Well, his recommendation was spot-on. Marty’s crew (Allen and a helper) responded quickly to our first request (having never met them before) and came out to diagnose our problem in less than a day… and this was in the heat of the summer when they were already quite busy. Found Allen a few years ago online after my in-laws were having an issue with their air conditioner. It was in the middle of summer and it was blowing hot air. Allen was able to come out and top their refrigerant off to get them by and advised them if it went down again they more than likely had a leak. 2-3 months later it did the same thing and he came out again and quoted a new air conditioner unit. I found his labor pricing to be fair and very reasonable.
I've never known any brutally honest HVAC guys but Allen is one of them and I do appreciate it. Any time I've reached out with an issue he's been there to answer or help as much as possible.
