“I can't say enough how incredibly appreciative we are for James Thomas HVAC, and particularly for Noreen! In single-digit temps, our guests turned off the thermostat (because they were enjoying the gas fireplaces and it got a little toasty inside), and this caused a condensation line to freeze. I left an after-hours message around 10:45 pm and Noreen called back within 10 minutes. She walked us through a temporary solution that not only worked, but meant that our service call could wait until morning. Our guests were happy and the tech showed up first thing to finalize a repair. On top of that, the invoice was more than fair. This is why we value our working relationship with JT HVAC and will continue our maintenance contract as long as we have property in Blue Ridge. Thank you so much!“
