We highly recommend Zac who serviced our HVAC system today. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as he checked the system. He found a couple of issues that if not noticed, would’ve resulted in a great deal of water damage! We really appreciate Zac‘s attention to detail and will request him each time we need maintenance or repairs.

Also, Meagan does a great job of staying on top of the situation. This is the only company I will ever call.My elderly father had a leak in his front yard. They came out and fixed it the next day even though I called them quite late the night before. Everyone was very professional, and they did a fantastic job. We had Thompson & Thompson out today to check on our systems and they were WONDERFUL to work with! Zac was very professional and courteous, called before heading to our home, and listened to our concerns we were having with our system. He continued to work on the unit until he could help address the issue, even though that had him here for 2 hours. Thank you for such great customer service Zac! We previously had a different local HVAC company come out to look at our unit, not even stay 5 minutes and not address any potential issues. Thompson & Thompson was diligent and stayed to get it right! Much appreciated and so glad we have this company to service our HVAC needs.
