“So far have had 2 of the best experiences with this company, Nick is AMAZING, we’ve been having issues at our pool and I had two other companies out there and both of them quoted me $14,000 to reroute the waterline, Nick came out and within 30 minutes of testing said there was no leak, and found that the coupling for the water intake was rusted almost completely through and said if I had done the $14,000 fix that would’ve still been there because they were running into that line, he took the time to thoroughly investigate and saved our complex thousands of dollars, would highly recommend, Plus, he explains everything he’s doing and why he’s doing it in normal language I could understand. “As an older woman, I am at the mercy of tradesmen since I know little about plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
Imagine my trepidation when the basement toilet failed to function and a plunger did not alleviate the problem. A neighbor determined that the “sump pump” was not operating.
My home warranty company referred me to Rapid Plumbing Solutions. When I called, Ryan asked a few questions and then patiently explained to me that it was the sewage ejection pump, not a sump pump, and correctly observed that it was not covered by my home warranty plan. He quoted a new sewage ejection pump at several hundred dollars below the average price for my area! He also urged me to cancel the home warranty claim. So far, so good.
JJ was the plumber dispatched for service. After a couple of minutes of examination, he miraculously restored my pump to full operation! It was a tripped ground fault interrupter switch. And the service charge was just $29! It would have been $75 with the home warranty claim.
They could have easily sold me a new pump and I would not have been the wiser. But honesty is the best policy. They are my plumbers for life!“
