Jody came out to service my unit. He answered all my questions, including additional work that needed to be done to save me from costly issues down the line. He and his team were professional and courteous the whole time. They did an amazing job! The office manager, Daisy was also very helpful and a pleasure to work it. Will use them again.!
Just can't tell you how impressed I am with One Way Septic. They were truly God sent to help us with some major septic issues on an older home we had just purchased. They pumped out my sewage lift station and gave the tank a good wash with a hose. They showed up on time and did a good job. My only complaint is that they are charged me a premium price and since I'm a repeat customer I wouldn't mind a little discount.
