We called TK & Son's who gave us a solid quote over the phone, made an appointment to replace the water heater, they kept up communication the day of installation & did a wonderful job! “We were due for a new water heater and also needed a new pressure regulator valve. When I had the previous water heater replaced 11 years ago, it was quite a bit less expensive and I wasn't prepared for what people were quoting nowadays to have it replaced. Also, Johnny found a better more accessible area to place the new pressure valve and cut off. I could see other plumbers not wanting to take the time to discuss that option let alone go the extra mile for the customer.“
