Tim stopped by my home to help me with a plumbing issue with my pool and he was very honest and upfront, didn't try to upsell me and mentioned the risks of my project. He did that after a series of texts and me chasing down other companies for help. He was responsive and provided outstanding service. Would definitely recommend!
If I could give Tim more than 5 stars, I would! He's a hands-on professioal who demonstrated his hard work and skill. Tim came to our house to scope out the repairs that needed to be done and gave me a fair price. No price gouging, just honest workmanship. It's hard to give trust away especially to a stranger. It didn't take long for me to see I could trust him. I have already scheduled him to do more work. I highly recommend him to anyone with confidence.
We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. After having two other plumbers come out who couldn’t figure out where our leak was coming from, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and found that the bathroom sink had a crack causing the leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process.
He came back out promptly to replace the sink, and everything looks and works great now. On top of that, he took the time to explain some helpful information about our sump pump and how to properly maintain it, which we really appreciated.
