Replaced a tankless water heater - responded quickly, provided text updates on the technicians eta and Dustin replaced the water heater the same day. Great service - would use them again.
I usually don't post reviews but The Neighborhood Plumber earned a great one. We had a slow but growing leak in our main water line. Despite the holiday weekend backup they responded quickly and had things fixed by early Monday afternoon. Thanks to Jessica for answering all my questions and to Parker and Jacob for a job well done. They walked me through the process and cleaned everything up beautifully when they were finished. A real pleasure to deal with this company and crew.
Dustin was extremely knowledgeable. He was patient with me as he explained my issue and different resolutions that I could choose. He was very kind and extremely nice. It’s clear that his professional skills are great but his customer service skills are top notch!
