Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater is a business that provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including water heater replacement, bathroom remodeling, and water service repair. Donald and his crew are described as fabulous, professional, and hardworking. They work very clean and install high-quality tankless water heaters. In one case, a 15-year-old Noritz tankless unit was found to be in excellent condition and only needed standard service and cleaning, which took about an hour. Another customer thought they needed a new water heater, but a crew member named Cody diagnosed the problem as a bad cartridge in a shower and fixed it. The company is very proactive in responding to questions, providing accurate and reasonable estimates, and delivering products and services exactly when and how they said they would. The finished product looks like a work of art, showing that the team truly cares about quality. Customers describe the experience as great and the price reasonable for the quality of work. The warranty is also highly praised. The team is courteous, respectful, friendly, and professional, and customers strongly recommend this company for reliable and high quality plumbing solutions.
Excellent service from Donald and the team. Communication was outstanding from start to finish, and they handled our sewage pump issue with urgency and professionalism. They were able to come out on short notice, quickly diagnose the problem, and complete the repair the same day. Honest, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I recently discovered Atlanta Tankless Water Heater through my contractor during a major home renovation including a master bath and kitchen. Donald, Cody & Joey could not have been nicer or more professional. They consistently gave accurate (and reasonable!) estimates, were always on time and did excellent work, even staying long hours to finish the job.
In this day and age, it’s difficult to find this level of service. Finally, I’ve found plumbing professionals I will continue to call! Thank you!
Replaced our water heater in a little under 2 hours, friendly, clean, and easy to work with. I’d recommend this business to anyone looking for water heater replacement. Cost was reasonable and gave a better warranty than every competitor within a 20 mile radius of our home (kennesaw).
10/10 service, has my business for life.
