So far have had 2 of the best experiences with this company, Nick is AMAZING, we’ve been having issues at our pool and I had two other companies out there and both of them quoted me $14,000 to reroute the waterline, Nick came out and within 30 minutes of testing said there was no leak, and found that the coupling for the water intake was rusted almost completely through and said if I had done the $14,000 fix that would’ve still been there because they were running into that line, he took the time to thoroughly investigate and saved our complex thousands of dollars, would highly recommend, Plus, he explains everything he’s doing and why he’s doing...read full review
Called paramount to replace our garbage disposal! Sosa was amazing. He was very polite and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and he took the time to explain everything. If possible, I will ask for him again.
We had a great experience with Paramount Plumbing and Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, including the differences between models, and made recommendations based on our needs.
I especially appreciated how accommodating he was with my last-minute request to switch to a different brand of water heater. When the other brand was out of stock, he was even willing to come back later to install it properly, despite already having started the job.
Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommend!
