Our family experienced a water emergency this morning and Derek was one of the first referrals I received. Derek and team are fast, friendly, responsive and accommodating. We were able to resolve the issue within just a few hours of my initial reach out. Highly recommend, you will be in great hands!
We had a great experience with Derek and his crew. They showed up on time as promised. They explained the process and results as well as the remedy for our problem. We even asked them to snake our shower and that was done too. The price quoted was the price charged. We will definitely use this company again it we have other plumbing needs.
Derek was great. He addressed my last minute gas leak very promptly. His prices are reasonable, and he was thorough in his work and communicating exactly what he needed to do. I also appreciated that he waited for the gas company to come out to complete the job.
If I had any critique, it would that he was an hour late and I’m the one who had to call to get an ETA. It would’ve been more professional to contact me beforehand to let me know he was going to be late and provide a new eta.
