He was very friendly & easy to converse with. I like that he lives nearby & he told me of other technicians that live nearby that could help with any issues should I need someone & if he was unavailable. We have scheduled for them to update what we currently have now next week if the Lord allows. So far we are extremely pleased with E Dennis Plumbing.😀“

Dupree did the plumbing on a new build in Sandy Springs so I’ve used them several times over several years. Every time I’ve needed them, they show up on time, are transparent about what they’re doing and the costs plus they are just super friendly.

Today I had Carlos out for a wobbly toilet. He let me know the cost if it was a simple leveling job or the higher cost if it was a busted flange. Unfortunately it was a busted flange but I feel confident in the work he did that we won’t have the same problem in the future. Carlos was able to show up earlier than planned, he did the work and when he was done it actually looked better than when he started. He was respectful to me, my wife and our house - you couldn’t ask for a better experience.

“Nate was absolutely Wonderful!!!For years the HOA could not tell residents where to shut off the water for their individual units. My pipe burst a couple years ago, that company could not find where to shut the water off. Called Blue Frog to change the water pressure valve. Within minutes, Nate was able to locate the water shut off for my unit and my neighbors’ unit. HOA wanted pictures for future reference. He also informed them about the engraved labeling on the street to identify where shut off valves maybe located for other units. Nate definitely knows his craft. I recommended Blue Frog 10 stars for sure!!!“
