“Everything went great with the install and the price was very reasonable. Only complaint is the new cold air return is really loud, and the reason we had everything replaced is because the fan was so loud. Also they left big gobs of glue on the floor infront of the unit.

As soon as I posted my complaint, Jim called and is sending someone out tomorrow to fix the noise and clean up the glue. Thanks, Jim.“

Dylan, the tech that came to the house is friendly, well-spoken, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

He found that problem in less than 5 minutes, had the part on his truck, and, as I said, had it back up and running within 2 hours of my initial call.

I didn't think stuff like that happened anymore.

“When it came time to replace my full HVAC system, I wanted it done right (over the course of home ownership, this is the 3rd). While replacing it, I might as well make it better--real duct runs, instead of the builder-grade flex duct kinked spaghetti right off the plenum.

My father was an HVAC tech --he was the guy they sent if the customer still had an issue after 2 other service calls. Thats the kind of techs I want for my install -- I don't want to be calling them back in a year because theres a leak, or a screw through my electrical wires causing half the upstairs to trip the breaker at random times.

My point is: David is knolwedgable, cares about quality work, and his techs are very experienced. I am very satisfied with the install, but I was confident that David would make it right if I wasn't for some reason. Its a small, family business that cares. Thanks Frosty's...5 stars!“

“There was a problem with the downstairs heat not turning on so Amen Air was contacted to assess the situation to determine why. They determined the original install of the furnace and outdoor system was not done properly. They gave a price to address the situation and then were out the next day with the equipment for the install. They showed up when they said they would and laid out cloths from the front door up the stairs to the attic which in turn left it like they were never here upon completion besides the heat now working up and downstairs as it should. LT and his coworker Darrell did a fantastic job. They were very professional and informative of what all was taking place. LT gave us paperwork at the end which provided the warranty information for the system. My husband and I are very pleased with the entire process. Thank you Amen Air for your high quality workmanship and attention to details. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any heating and air work!“
