I called Weaver first thing the next morning and spoke with Heather. She is extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. Heather was able to dispatch a technician for later the same day. Jordan (the tech) arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the unit and had up up and running very promptly. Jordan explained the issue and what he had done to remedy our system. We were so impressed with their professionalism and pricing, that we signed up for Spring and Fall maintenance contract.
