Our service technician today, Scott, was so polite and informative. He was very thorough with the maintenance check and also looked into a cooling issue with one specific bedroom in our home. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing along the way and why it needed to be done. I appreciate technicians like this and think he deserves a shout-out for his excellent service.
My AC repairs started with Scott but were finished by Billy as Scott was out of the office. So, I had a situation where my AC stopped cooling here in late July. Scott came in first and used his expertise to narrow the problem down and then Billy followed up on Scott's findings and hit the ball out of the park as he finished up the AC repair. Bottom line, I got supported with the expertise of two excellent technicians from Edwards Heating and Air. Now my family is enjoying the cool air again and I want to specifically thank Billy for his hard work today. Basically, you get 5 Star Service from whoever Edwards HVAC sends to your home :O)
