They analyzed my leakage problems and provided a comprehensive fix to the problems. Additionally, the maintenance service on my 4 units was the most thorough I have experienced in the 29 years I have worked with AC and Heating companies. The technician, Ben Ammons, was at the house within 90 minutes. He assessed the problem thoroughly, tested the unit with his meter reader and found a wire that was exposed and touching the copper tubing. It was causing a furnace fuse to blow. That was a simple problem that required expert service and that is what I got. Ben was EXCEPTIONAL and the customer really appreciates his work.
I called Weaver yesterday morning as my 89-year-old mother's air conditioning was not working (note - great to be greeted by an actual human instead of an AI robot!). The technician (Anthony) was onsite that afternoon, diagnosed the issue, had the replacement part on his truck, completed the repair and the A/C was functioning by yesterday afternoon. We signed up for a maintenance program based on this excellent customer service. Highly recommend Weaver!!!

I was able to get an appointment with a technician on a busy holiday weekend. Was given a 2 hour window and received a call that he was finished his previous appointment was it ok for him to come early which was great! The tech was professional, friendly, and respectful. After he assessed the situation, he explained the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He also explained once finished what was done and provided a receipt with pictures of the job. The woman who I made the appointment with over the phone was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. 5 star company for sure!
