We had a great experience with Cochran—especially Chris! Our office HVAC unit decided to go out right in the middle of this humid summer heat wave, turning our metal building into an oven. Thankfully, Chris and his apprentice made the entire process smooth from start to finish.
Communication was excellent throughout the job. They arrived when they said they would, kept the work area as clean as possible, and had our office cool and comfortable again in no time.

We made a call to Shawn the afternoon before the 4th of July. Our AC had just gone out and my husband knew the issue but didn’t have the part. Shawn was amazing! He answered my call and had the part needed in his truck. With the long weekend, 90 plus degree weather and people coming over the next day for the holiday this was truly outstanding service.
We had never met him or used his company before but we definitely plan to with any future HVAC issues. Thank you, Shawn!
My sister and her husband called Shawn to come fix their a/c and he did an amazing job before the a/c was very spotty and now the whole house is nice and cool 10/10 would recommend!!!
