Great company with qualified, professional staff and technicians. The technician quickly assessed the A/C system, clearly presented all options and the pros and cons to each option to address the getting the unit back to an operational state.There was no high pressure sales pitch to upgrade or have work done. It was like having a trusted family member letting you know what the real deal is with the malfunctioning unit.It was an added bonus that Shriver was able to accommodate my schedule which included a travel schedule that did not conform to normal business hours, and they were exceptional in having the work completed around my life, not standard office hours.I became...read full review

In my experience, Shriver delivers top-level service including technical competence, trustworthiness, and even cleanliness, and politeness. I have 2 AC units that have been serviced and replaced by Schriver since 2005. Pricing is fair- not the highest or the lowest, but best overall value in the long run in my experience. I have tried others and always come back to Shriver. This past Christmas, my main unit died. Schriver overcame supply chain and scheduling issues as well as technical email glitches to get me back up and running better than I was before. I wish more businesses operated the way these guys do. My top recommendation.
