“When the zone board for my HVAC was on the blink, I called a well-known big name HVAC company I’ve used before. The price they gave me to replace the board and dampers gave me a heart attack.
I looked at my neighborhood FB group to see if anyone had previously recommended an HVAC company. Rainwater was the only one that came up so I thought I would give them a shot.

The office person who handles the phones and scheduling was so sweet and friendly (there are still people who smile over the phone!) and got someone out I think the next day.
He was here for a while troubleshooting (the other company didn’t even try) and trying to see if he could fix it vs replace it. No luck. Replacement had to happen. He showed me the products and pricing and gave me a quote that was ONE-THIRD the price of the other company. I was stunned!
We scheduled a time and then when he came back with another technician, they finished in half the expected time and didn’t charge me for the 2 additional hours since they finished early.
The technicians were so professional and friendly… I wish I had found Rainwater earlier and never used the big name company.
