We had a great experience with Air Doc few weeks ago. Randy the owner was very courteous and provided prompt and quick service in spite of the fact they were very busy on a hot summer day. He sent his tech Luke the same day at short notice. He was very nice and professional and diagnosed the problem The charges were reasonable and customer service was great. Highly recommend them.
Luke was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable when he worked on my HVAC unit. I highly recommend this customer service establishment to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
I Could Not Ask for a Better HVAC Repair Experience.
Last night...our AC just stopped working, of course on a Sunday night, in August....here in Kennesaw, Cobb County, Georgia. It is HOT, humid, and muggy. IYKYK.
Late Sunday night, I did a little Googling, found, and called Air Doc to leave a message. Randy called me early Monday morning and told me Luke, the technician, could probably come out that same day. Soon thereafter, I received another message confirming that Luke would be here by 3:00 p.m, and he sent me a text containing some recent reviews from actual customers.
