“We have warranty on the building. The complete HVAC system was installed by RGP, and the technicians they have sent are very dedicated, work hard to try to solve the problem, and are very courteous. They tried their best, reach for help with supervisor. They had to make multiple trips, to resolve our problem. Thankfully, we have them as the warranty for the first year on the new build, because it probably would have cost extra thousands of dollars for the work they have already done coming back and forth to resolve the issue we're dealing with: the heat being too hot upstairs. I think they finally have solved it. Thank you.“

“When it came time to replace my full HVAC system, I wanted it done right (over the course of home ownership, this is the 3rd). While replacing it, I might as well make it better--real duct runs, instead of the builder-grade flex duct kinked spaghetti right off the plenum.

My father was an HVAC tech --he was the guy they sent if the customer still had an issue after 2 other service calls. Thats the kind of techs I want for my install -- I don't want to be calling them back in a year because theres a leak, or a screw through my electrical wires causing half the upstairs to trip the breaker at random times.

My point is: David is knolwedgable, cares about quality work, and his techs are very experienced. I am very satisfied with the install, but I was confident that David would make it right if I wasn't for some reason. Its a small, family business that cares. Thanks Frosty's...5 stars!“

“I Could Not Ask for a Better HVAC Repair Experience.

Last night...our AC just stopped working, of course on a Sunday night, in August....here in Kennesaw, Cobb County, Georgia. It is HOT, humid, and muggy. IYKYK.

Late Sunday night, I did a little Googling, found, and called Air Doc to leave a message. Randy called me early Monday morning and told me Luke, the technician, could probably come out that same day. Soon thereafter, I received another message confirming that Luke would be here by 3:00 p.m, and he sent me a text containing some recent reviews from actual customers.

At 2:50 p.m., I received a text from Luke, saying he would arrive in five minutes. Sure enough, he arrived right on time, figured out the problem quickly, and had us back up and running in no time.

Both Randy and Luke were incredibly friendly, personable, and professional. They are simply great people to do business with. The pricing was very fair, which I also really appreciated.

I’ve dealt with several HVAC contractors in the past who seemed more interested in taking advantage of homeowners or selling you something you didn’t need. My experience with Air Doc was the complete opposite. These guys are fantastic!

Please note...I run my own 'service' business, so I know good people and service when I see it. Fast response, great HVAC service, fair pricing, and people you feel like you can trust. I honestly don’t know how the experience could have been any better.
