After incorrect diagnoses from three different HVAC repair companies, the business quickly responded to a customer's call and identified the problem with their AC system, which was a faulty circuit panel. The technician, John, promptly obtained the necessary part, installed it, and even took the time to reprogram the customer's smart thermostat and explain its features. Customers have praised the company's knowledgeable and honest staff, as well as the exceptional comfort and reasonable power bills they have experienced with the new Daikin heating system installed by Fit Home Services.
John offers great service - reliable and responsive . He implemented a full innovative cost saving Deiken heat pump system in our our house here in ATL which we are extremely happy with !
After incorrect diagnoses from 3 different hvac repair companies sent out by our home warranty company \\u0026 over a week with no AC we contacted Fit Home. John responded right away \\u0026 came to our home same day. He pinpointed the problem to a faulty circuit panel, got the part within a couple hours and installed it. He reprogrammed our smart thermostat \\u0026 even took the time to go over some of the features we weren’t familiar with. We will definitely call him again if the need arises and we are soooo done with our home warranty company.
