I went over the options of fixing my current system or upgrading to a new system. I went with the latter. But I have to say, the real MVPs for me were Angelo and Nick. They spent over 12 hours non stop fixing my duct work, and installing the unit. They didn’t skimp the install. I almost had to kick them out because they refused to leave till everything was perfect. It’s hard to find a company that stands by their work, but I can safely say Holtkamp did. Every aspect of the process was great. From the customer service, sale process, and the install process, I am very happy with my experience and pick.“
