Justin came to our house after our property managers called them to come check out the units in our backyard and in our house. Took him no less then 15 minutes to understand fully what was going on and communicated with me the best solutions to our problems.

AirMaster tech Josh performed my spring maintenance check on my 2 units and raised my condensate line for better drainage. Josh also installed a APCO-X UV-C light. He took his time and did an excellent install. I recommend AirMaster for all of your HVAC needs.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Level of work was good, but I have to say the level of communication for a new homeowner booking an appointment was lacking. I know nothing about furnaces or HVAC systems. I quickly learned upon asking questions and talking to the tech that the blower fan for the furnace is not included in a regular maintenance service call which is what I had booked and had hoped would happen, that was my main reason for making a appointment for a service call since they were recently out and replaced my Thermostat looked over the furnace and surface cleaned it off which is all they do for a maintenance call.
